I just discovered this new app in my iPhone that I love! It’s called the Nike training app.
How it works is you can choose a complete guided workout or just parts of the body you want to work on.
During the workout you can listen to your music like normal and it will tell you when to switch routines or when you’re halfway. plus! It records tour progress!!
I like it because it’s like my regular workout but with new stuff. It’s nice because you feel held accountable for it and at least for me I’m less likely to just quit.
