HAPPINESS (things to remember)
Surround yourself with positive people, limit your time with negative people. You do not have to CUT OUT everyone, you should be aware of positive and negative people in your life though and how that affects your mood :) :(
STOP dwelling on problems, you’re not going to make them any better that way. Instead look for a solution. What is the problem?  How can you solve it!? Are you really solving the problem or are you repressing emotions?
STAY HEALTHY exercise, eat good wholesome foods do not eat your daily caloric intake in brownies because that’s not going to make you happy in the long run! emotional eating = nonono
Do something nice for yourself every day. Do something alone. Whatever you think is a positive outlet that you enjoy.
Make no comparisons of yourself to others. You are here for YOU not everyone else. You should be happy for others who you think are happy :)
The simple act of SMILING can change your mood. Try it out :D
LOOK on the bright side, learn to laugh about situations instead of taking them so seriously all the time. (I’m good at this)
Think of all the things your are good at and be proud of yourself for those. Those things are important, you are important!
You deserve happiness. Never think otherwise. There is no excuse to think you do not deserve happiness :)
Learn a skill like meditation It is important to calm your mind, this is a good way to take yourself out of a bad place emotionally-mentally-physically. This helps me a lot. I try to meditate for 20 minutes every day.
Talk to a friend, talk to a therapist. I go to therapy, it helps. I have good friends to talk to but going to a therapist is nice because they are not a part of your daily life. They aren’t looking from a bias perspective.
What do you think makes you happy? (writing these things down has made me feel happy)

I am loving Ramsey’s World. So many great posts going on right now!It makes me happy to have a tea and take the time to read tumblr, flick through a magazine, read a book, just take time out from communicating with any one but my inner self. Also if I am feeling wound up, cleaning. And the best of all, working out. Working out is ALWAYS achieving and that makes me happy.
